As a Valuation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our business goals.

Job Role

You will be continually interacting with our stakeholders and clients both in person and through our expanding software systems.

Main Responsibilities
  • Possess a strong understanding of valuation methodologies and principles
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional deadline and time management skills
  • Be efficient with technologies and information systems
  • Strong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills
  • The willingness to establish solid working relationships within the industry
  • The ability to 'think outside the box' and assist in developing our business
  • An overall passion for the property industry
Requirements
  1. Current membership of the Australian Property Institute
  2. RPV or CPV accreditation
  3. A current driver's licence and own a personal vehicle
  4. A Federal Police Clearance
