Our organisation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administration Support Officer to join our team. This role will involve providing administrative support to our training team, including coordinating documentation and correspondence associated with training and assessment.
The successful candidate will have previous administration experience, preferably in the training/RTO sector or schools environment. They will possess well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with a strong client/team service focus. Additionally, they will be proficient in using software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google documents.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Coordinating documentation and correspondence associated with training and assessment.
- Liaising with students, schools and other stakeholders to ensure provision of high-quality, professional service to clients.
- Assisting with the maintenance of student learning management systems (LMS), AVETMISS reporting and other associated activities.
- Assisting with the preparation and scheduling of appointments, meetings and other training events, including compiling relevant data, information and booking flights and accommodation.
- Creating administrative documents using software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google documents.
