The Clinical Front Desk Professional plays a vital role in the smooth operation of our clinic. As the first point of contact, they are responsible for welcoming patients and providing exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing all aspects of front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling patient inquiries
- Ensuring accurate and efficient record-keeping and data entry
- Providing administrative support to the clinical team

Requirements:
- 1 year experience as a Clinical Front Desk Professional (preferred)
- Police Clearance (preferred)
- Work Authorisation: Australia (required)
