Clinical Trial Lead

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Trial Manager to oversee the end-to-end management of clinical trials from start to finish.

  • Lead a team of clinical site management professionals and ensure timely completion of monitoring deliverables within allocated resources.
  • Develop and implement compliance strategies to meet regulatory requirements, including site visits, outstanding trip reports and visit follow-up letters.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors and stakeholders.
  • Plan and conduct investigator meetings and bid defense sessions.
  • Facilitate internal and external study team calls to ensure project progress and collaboration.
  • Participate in project-specific audits and inspections to maintain quality standards.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Able to motivate and lead remote teams effectively.
  • Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills by offering solutions to obstacles encountered during project execution.
  • Strong customer focus and ability to interact professionally with sponsor contacts.
