Partner Management Role Overview

This key position is responsible for managing and communicating enablement strategies with partners, collaborating with enablement teams, leading program health reviews, building trusted partnerships, and overseeing project governance and delivery.

  • Manage and communicate enablement strategies to ensure learning plans are in place to meet market demands.
  • Ensure partner resources obtain and maintain necessary certification for system access.
  • Lead data-driven program health reviews and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to build trusted relationships with partners.
Deliverables
  • Represent the organization on partner-delivered projects, participating in Steering Committee meetings and serving as the first point of escalation management if needed.
  • Ensure accountability and results through weekly project check-ins, validating key questions to ensure the project remains on track.
  • Guarantee partner adherence to go-live readiness reviews to drive quality go-live deliveries.
  • Facilitate engagement into a support center to ensure partners receive assistance for product or configuration issues.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to manage hours budget and supporting change requests, closely managing modules delivered by partners.
  • Drive engagement of surveys to achieve high reference-ability on partner projects.
Forecasting
  • Collaborate with partners to ensure accurate forecasting, avoiding customer billing pushes and poor customer satisfaction, aiming to maintain go-live pushes below 10%.
Key Skills
  • Build and foster trusted relationships with partners and those interacting with partners outside the organization.
  • Facilitate internal and external status meetings to discuss metrics, performance, and opportunities.
  • Maintain attention to detail, gathering and summarizing detailed information from all involved parties to make accurate business decisions.
  • Ensure ongoing and accurate data within the partner portfolio, including forecast accuracy, push percentage, CSAT, and Time to Live.
  • Manage to and execute on partner programs under varying delivery methodologies.
  • Identify enablement opportunities for ongoing partner quality and growth to ensure continuous improvement across the partner portfolio.
  • Manage escalations to identify problems, paths to solution, and remediation plans to prevent further escalation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve and find efficiencies to support evolving business needs.
  • Communicate organizational messaging around changes to the partner network and advocate for the partner as needed to ensure a positive partner experience.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of Professional Services or Consulting experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or other relevant combination of training and experience required.
  • Up to 25% travel may be required for this role.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills.
  • Proven business acumen within the industry, including revenue recognition and forecasting.
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts and derive solutions.
