Operational Risk Management Role

We are seeking an experienced risk professional to join our team at PX Resources. As an Operational Risk Manager, you will play a key role in the development and implementation of our operational risk management framework.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain the operational risk management framework
  • Provide risk advisory support to business units
  • Assist in the identification, assessment, and management of key risks
  • Support the implementation of CPS230 Operational Risk Management
  • Communicate risk appetite and tolerance levels to stakeholders
  • Develop and deliver operational risk education and awareness programs
Requirements:
  • Circa 8+ years of operational risk experience
  • Financial services background or consultancy experience with financial services clients
  • Pragmatic and hands-on approach, self-starter and driven
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
