Medical Surgical and Neuroscience Accounts Specialist

Establish a successful career as a strategic accounts professional, driving business growth in the medical surgical and neuroscience sectors.
As a key player in our regional team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining commercial relationships with private hospitals and healthcare organizations.
Your primary objective will be to identify opportunities for growth and collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop targeted strategies and solutions.
You will work closely with executive-level decision-makers to build trust and establish credibility, ultimately driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
A strong track record of sales leadership and experience in corporate or strategic account management is essential for this role. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate complex contracts and navigate ambiguous situations.
This position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, sales, economics, or marketing. Post-graduate qualifications are highly desirable.
Additional requirements include a minimum of five years of experience in sales leadership or business leadership, with a proven track record of success. Corporate or strategic account management experience in the medical devices, capital equipment, or healthcare sector is preferred but not required.
