We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Client Service Officer to join our team at Programmed. As a Senior Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate and manage events and activities at our sports precinct facility, ensuring that all logistical and operational aspects are taken care of.
  • Work closely with the Operations team to ensure that all venue areas are safe and presented in a professional manner.
  • Manage financial payments and execute end-of-day financial reports, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist in the coordination of staff and resources to meet booking and event requirements.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or operations role, preferably in the sports, recreation, or health industry.
  • Availability to work a casual 38-hour week, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Blue Card, First Aid, and Police Clearance (can be obtained prior to commencing).
