About the Role

We are seeking a skilled ICT Support Technician to join our team. This is a full-time position based at our office, with opportunities for career growth and development.

The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, excellent communication skills, and experience in ICT/Help Desk roles.

This role involves providing professional support to customers, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with other teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing help desk customer support
  • Maintaining high levels of communication and building strong working relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Performing remote troubleshooting and diagnostic techniques
  • Accurately recording problems, events, and resolutions on tickets
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant ICT/Help Desk experience
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Experience using ticketing systems (ConnectWise preferred)
  • Experience using remote access systems for troubleshooting (ConnectWise Control preferred)
  • Strong Microsoft 365 experience supporting Office, SharePoint, Exchange etc.
  • Azure Virtual Desktop, Azure Remote Desktop and/or Windows 365 Cloud PC experience
  • Knowledge of networking/infrastructure an advantage (Juniper/Ubiquiti etc)
