Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue high-potential leads through proactive outreach, networking, and market research.
  • Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing, taking ownership of every step with precision and confidence.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline to meet and surpass targets.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clients in the corporate and financial sectors, serving as a trusted advisor for their compliance needs.
  • Formulate and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  • Present GRC Solutions' products and services to clients, articulating their value and impact.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create bespoke proposals, ensuring client needs are met.
  • Stay informed about compliance & regulatory market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Represent GRC Solutions at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular performance reports to senior management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in B2B business development and sales, preferably in the learning, SaaS, or compliance industries.
  • A strong track record of exceeding targets in a hunter role.
  • A deep understanding of governance, risk, and compliance concepts and their relevance to businesses.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and nurture relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinking, coupled with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
