Job Title: Manufacturing Excellence Expert

Job Summary: As a proactive and analytical leader, you will utilize your data skills to drive operational excellence in a dynamic production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and facilitate Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives to improve safety, quality, efficiency, and cost.
  • Identify and prioritize improvement opportunities in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and implement standard work procedures, visual management tools, and process controls.
  • Train and coach staff on continuous improvement tools and methodologies.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret production data to identify trends, variances, and root causes.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs such as OEE, downtime, yield, and throughput.
  • Utilize statistical tools to support problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Present insights and recommendations to site leadership to support operational goals.
  • Manage improvement projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing, packaging, distribution, or production environment.
  • Proven examples of Improvement projects and use of data analysis to make strategic recommendations.
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other CI methodologies (certification preferred).
  • Experience with being on-site with regular interaction on the shop floor, with exposure to manufacturing equipment, processes, and safety protocols.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python, or similar).
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Agile, proactive self-starter, enthusiastic team player attitude.
