">Ethika Group is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales & Business Development Representative to help drive growth and market presence. As an integral part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in engaging new customers and driving business success.
">About the Role
">- You will research and qualify potential clients to build a high-quality lead database, proactively identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities.
- You will reach out to C-Level executives via phone and in-person across various industries to present Ethika's services.
- You will understand your customer's business challenges and demonstrate how Ethika's services can address those needs.
- You will collaborate with internal teams to understand and tailor Ethika's service offerings for prospective clients.
- You will build and nurture relationships with potential B2B clients, laying the foundation for long-term partnerships.
- You will leverage in-person and phone-based selling experience to establish strong connections with key decision-makers.
- You will consistently meet or exceed performance goals and KPIs, contributing to company growth.
- You will handle rejection professionally, turning objections into opportunities.
- You will work closely with Account Executives and Senior Sales Managers to transition leads into qualified sales opportunities.
- You will maintain accurate records of sales activities within the CRM, ensuring up-to-date pipeline management.
Requirements
">- You must have proven experience in sales development, lead generation, business development, or similar roles.
- You should possess strong communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on relationship building.
- You should have experience using CRM tools to manage sales pipelines.
- You should be able to sell to sophisticated clients and navigate complex sales environments.
- You should have a history of long-term commitment to roles.
- You should have a genuine interest in legal, governance, risk, and compliance, as well as a passion for learning about market trends.
- You should possess strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage a diverse client base.
- You should have the right to work in Australia.
- Experience in Financial Services or Legal sectors is preferred but not required.
- You should be a self-starter with a growth mindset, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
