About this Opportunity
Earning an estimated salary of $120,000 to $180,000 per annum, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at EBR.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and developing strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the commercial real estate and office fitouts assistance industry.
You will have a proven track record of success in business development, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. You will also be able to explain complex solutions in simple terms and have a strong understanding of the audiovisual industry.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on new leads via tele/e-marketing, cold calling, and other methods.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Prepare sales quotes, proposals, and presentations.
- Close sales opportunities that spring from assigned clients.
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
You will have:
- Clear English communication skills.
- 3+ years of experience in business development or sales.
- Experience in commercial real estate and office fitouts assistance is desirable.
- Excellent cross-cultural communication skills, including formal and informal presentations, listening ability, and effective escalation of issues.
