Accounts Receivable Specialist Position

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing membership and residency accounts, ensuring timely payments and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process collection activities for overdue membership and resident accounts
  • Oversee and reconcile monthly direct debit transactions, including follow-ups on failed payments
  • Collaborate with external advisors on debt recovery matters
  • Manage the registration and removal of caveats in coordination with legal partners
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date debtor ledgers within our internal management system
  • Generate and issue recurring invoices for membership and residency fees
  • Maintain data integrity across systems
  • Ensure all tasks align with organisational policies and compliance standards
  • Communicate effectively with both internal teams and external contacts
  • Identify and suggest improvements to streamline financial processes

Requirements:

  • Be a team player, available to work 5 days a week
  • Possess strong communication skills, applicable to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Hold a minimum of 2 years' experience in Accounts Receivable
