The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer for a valued client located in Keilor. This is a on-going temporary position with the view to permanent further progression opportunities should you demonstrate the right attributes.

In this role, you'll work closely with the finance team and play a key part in managing the company's accounts receivable function. Your attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work autonomously will ensure success in this fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes
  • Invoice generation and distribution using NetSuite
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts
  • Reconciliation of accounts and banking transactions
  • Respond to customer queries in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist with month-end reporting and audits as required

What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in an accounts receivable role
  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite is essential
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
  • A proactive, team-focused attitude
