The Compliance Assurance team plays a critical role in navigating the complex regulatory landscape and embedding sustainable risk management practices. As a key contributor, you'll help drive the global standardised approach, ensuring alignment with the bank's Risk Management Framework.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing the global Compliance Assurance strategy to assess risks and effectiveness of controls.
  • Providing stakeholders with timely and accurate insights on control design and operational effectiveness.
  • Escalating significant control deficiencies and identifying emerging compliance risks.

To succeed, you'll need:

  • A proven track record in regulatory compliance and/or financial compliance risk and audit/assurance activities within the financial services industry.
  • Exceptional communication skills with strong interpersonal skills.
  • A lateral thinking style with natural curiosity and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work autonomously with a proactive approach.
