Job Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional professional to lead and manage projects focused on risk assessment, controls evaluation, and compliance initiatives.

Candidates with a strong background in project management risks, risks and controls, business process, and IT general controls will excel in this role.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SOX and other relevant compliance frameworks, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

A bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, technology, or a related field is required, along with one or more years of experience in providing assurance or assurance advisory services.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships with clients and team members.

The successful candidate will also have relevant certifications, such as CA, CIA, CPA, CISA, or PMP.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage projects focused on risk assessment, controls evaluation, and compliance initiatives.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement effective business and risk assurance strategies.
  • Provide assurance and/or assurance advisory services around ESG compliance and/or SOX compliance and other regulatory requirements.
  • Mentor and support junior team members in their professional development.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to risk management and compliance.
