
Director of Human Resource Development

The role of a Talent & Culture Executive is pivotal in driving learning and development initiatives to address skills gaps, strengthen leadership, and enhance employee capability.
As the first point of contact for the Talent & Culture team, you will deliver guidance and support throughout every stage of the employee lifecycle.
Reporting to the Director of Talent & Culture, you will operate with autonomy and professionalism to manage a broad range of responsibilities.
Key responsibilities include supporting department managers with recruitment, onboarding, employment contracts, and maintaining accurate employee records.
Proactive problem-solving and anticipating challenges are essential to success in this role. You will build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, contribute to facilitating employee relations matters, assist with WorkCover cases, and participate in disciplinary meetings.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Human Resources
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Well-organised, multi-tasking, and able to work independently
- Excellent attention to detail, prioritisation, and discretion when handling complex information
- Adaptability and competency using online systems
Requirements:
- Tertiary education in Human Resources Management or a related field
- Return to Work Coordinator certification (desirable)
