Leadership Role in Human Resources Operations

As a key member of the People and Culture senior leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving operational excellence in our HR functions. This strategic leadership position requires a seasoned professional with extensive knowledge of human resources operations, payroll management, data analytics, compliance, finance, project management, delivery, and generalist human resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically lead the People Operations team to deliver exceptional employee experiences.
  • Ensure overall compliance with relevant governance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage a large team across multiple disciplines, fostering collaboration and motivating others to achieve organizational goals.
  • Develop and implement effective business continuity plans for payroll operations.

Ideal Candidate:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, preferably with postgraduate qualifications.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar leadership role, with financial responsibility and proven track record of success.
  • Extensive knowledge of human resources operations, payroll, pay governance, analytics, compliance, finance, project management, delivery, and generalist human resources.
  • Significant experience in HR Operations, with expertise in key functions within a regulated industry.
  • Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and communicate effectively.
  • Strong analytical and systems thinking skills, with experience working in data-rich environments.
