We are looking for an exceptional leader to take the reins of a brand-new fitness club. The Club General Manager will be responsible for driving performance, operations, and member experience in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:
  • Launch and lead a brand-new club from scratch, setting the tone for culture, performance, and community.
  • Manage financials, retention strategies, and operational efficiency to deliver strong growth and success.
  • Oversee all areas of operations, including customer service, membership sales, and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team from the ground up.
  2. Mentor and motivate department heads through regular meetings and ongoing coaching.
  3. Ensure facilities are maintained to the highest standard.
  4. Plan and execute events and initiatives that build energy and connection among members.
  5. Deliver clear reporting, analysis, and communication to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership experience in a large-scale fitness club (20+ staff, 2,000+ members).
  • Experience working in a KPI-driven environment with a natural drive to exceed targets.
  • A people-first approach, able to connect with members and inspire staff alike.
  • A growth mindset, strong sales skills, and a genuine passion for health & fitness.
  • Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to lead by example.
  • Strong computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificates (or willingness to obtain).
