About the Club Manager Position

At our thriving Anytime Fitness club, we're seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to fill the role of Club Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective overall management of the club, achieving all agreed targets, and leading the team with a balanced approach.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Develop strong relationships with members and foster an engaging club culture
- Drive marketing campaigns to increase membership growth
- Promote the club within the local community
- Maintain the club's exceptional appearance
- Handle adhoc administrative tasks such as filing and scanning

]

The Role:

]

- Oversee daily operations, including achieving key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Generate leads and follow up with prospects
- Develop and maintain business-to-business partnerships
- Manage financial, administrative, and computer-based operations
- Engage with members on the club floor, improving their experience
- Promote the Anytime Fitness brand through social media

About You:

- Management experience
- Sales and marketing expertise
- Proven leadership skills in coaching and developing high-performing teams
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- A positive personality and bright outlook
- Desirable qualifications in fitness (not essential)
