Overview:

We are seeking energetic and highly motivated Sales focused team member. The ideal candidates will have excellent people skills, a passion for fitness and wellbeing, and strong sales experience in the fitness industry. The club has a healthy marketing budget in place and a high volume of leads to work with. As a Club Aurora team member, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and motivating environment for our members while assisting in the growth of the club.

Club Aurora Fitness Spa is a fitness and wellness oasis designed to inspire personal growth, both physically and mentally. Nestled in the heart of Brisbane CBD, we offer state-of-the-art facilities, including a gym space, infrared saunas, spas, an ice bath, and a range of daily group fitness classes for our members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Member Sales and Retention

    • Ensure exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming environment for all existing and potential members

    • Assist in general administrative tasks and contribute to the overall efficiency of the facility.

    • Engage with leads from promotional campaigns and execute sales techniques to encourage successful sales

    • Maintain a clean and organised gym environment.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in the fitness industry

  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills

  • Strong sales experience in the fitness industry

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • A proactive approach with a focus on member satisfaction

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • First aid and CPR

  • Flexibility for early mornings, evenings, and Saturday mornings.
