ENT Territory Expert

About the Role:
  1. Demonstrate unwavering dedication to achieving sales targets for the designated Southern New South Wales territory within Smith & Nephew's established policies and strategies.
  2. Develop unparalleled expertise in ENT products, encompassing applications, competition, pricing, and relevant information.
  3. Cultivate strong relationships with hospitals, focusing on enhancing quality of care through clinical evaluations with surgeons and other key stakeholders.
  4. Maintain an unrelenting sense of urgency to achieve monthly targets, necessitating persistence in a field-based sales position with 90% customer time and 10% office time.

To excel in this role, you will possess:

  • A tertiary qualification in a health science discipline or a Bachelor's Degree with a focus in Business/Marketing.
  • No less than 5 years of sales experience with a clear demonstration of success selling in the operating room environment.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical, and reporting skills, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

This position entails travel, approximately 10-25%, and reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager. You will be part of a small and dynamic team focused exclusively on ENT.
