Executive Culinary Professional Wanted

Our dynamic and creative culinary team is seeking a skilled chef to join our à la carte kitchen's success, contributing to the creation of delectable dishes that delight our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Casual/Commis/Demi Chefs: Assist in food preparation and production, adhere to recipes and guidelines for consistency and quality, maintain a clean workspace, learn and develop culinary skills under senior chefs' guidance, assist with receiving and storing food and supplies.
  • Chef de Partie: Oversee daily kitchen operations, supervise and train kitchen staff, foster a collaborative work environment, ensure all dishes meet high standards of quality and presentation, maintain a safe and organized kitchen, manage inventory, order supplies, and minimize waste for optimal kitchen efficiency, assist with menu development and special event planning.

About You:

  • Relevant culinary degree or training is preferred.
  • Experience in an à la carte kitchen is essential.
  • Comfortable working in Grill, Pans, and Fryer sections.
  • Previous experience in a hotel or banquet environment is advantageous.
  • A passion for culinary arts and creativity in the kitchen.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Evening and weekend availability required.
