Role Overview

We are seeking passionate and creative culinary professionals to contribute to the success of our à la carte kitchen, creating delectable dishes for our guests. If you have a passion for cooking and enjoy working in a dynamic culinary environment, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and production of various menu items.
  • Follow recipes and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Learn and develop culinary skills under the guidance of senior chefs.
  • Assist in receiving and storing food and supplies.
  • Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and oversee food preparation.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • E nsure all dishes meet high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and minimize waste to optimize kitchen efficiency.

 

About You

We are looking for individuals with a culinary degree or relevant training, who are comfortable in Grill, Pans, and Fryer sections. Previous experience in a hotel or banquets environment is an advantage. A passion for culinary arts and creativity in the kitchen is essential, as is strong communication and teamwork skills. Evening and weekend availability is required.
