Area Manager Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to support and drive service delivery, performance, compliance, and culture across designated service areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop teams to deliver high-quality care and services.
  • Manage service performance, occupancy, revenue, and compliance targets.
  • Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence.
  • Ensure services operate in line with legislative, funding, and quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in health, human services, aged care, business, or a related field.
  • Current valid driver's license and ability to travel across multiple sites.
Skills and Experience:
  • Demonstrated experience in operational leadership within aged care or a related sector.
  • Proven ability to lead multi-site services and manage performance outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of aged care legislation, funding, and compliance frameworks.
