Job Opportunity

This leadership position is responsible for managing staff within a team, including those at David Berry and Milton Ulladulla Hospitals. The successful candidate will lead the operational management of staff and work closely with the local community to deliver high-quality patient care.

The role involves collaborating with a Network Community Aged Care Manager to develop strategic direction for community aged care services in the region. This includes providing professional leadership to a multidisciplinary team and liaising with Allied Health Heads and Nurse Managers on staff development and mentoring as appropriate.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing aged care services and strong leadership skills. They will be responsible for ensuring that high-quality patient care is delivered through effective collaboration with the local community and healthcare professionals.

In order to succeed in this role, the candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to motivate and inspire a team. They must also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make decisions that are in the best interests of the organization and its stakeholders.
