Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District is seeking a Service Manager to join their team in the Mental Health Community Service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing management, leadership, guidance and supervision to the Shoalhaven Community Mental Health Services (Nowra / Ulladulla), the Suicide Prevention Outreach Team (SPOT), RAMHP Coordinator and Disaster Recovery within the Mental Health Services.

This position provides strategic direction, planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of services, systems and policies that support the delivery and coordination of recovery focused care for adult persons with mental health issues, including those with complex and multiple needs in both community and inpatient services.

The role also involves collaboration with the Director of Mental Health Services and Operations Manager to ensure effective service delivery and coordination across the district.
