Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Principal Product Designer, where you will have the chance to lead complex initiatives across features and products. Your role will be to create experiences that are simple, human, and effective, using evidence-based design principles.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to shape roadmaps, align on outcomes, and deliver high-quality, user-centred design that's consistent and clear across journeys.

  • Your main goal will be to drive interaction design, apply our design system, and ensure brand and accessibility standards are met.
  • You will play a key role in building maturity in our craft, mentoring others, and contributing to the growth of our design practice.
About You

We are looking for someone with a strong foundation in digital design principles, including hierarchy, grids, responsive design, Gestalt, colour and typography.

You should have confidence delivering high-quality UI and interaction design that meets accessibility standards.

  • Proven experience designing for loyalty programmes that are intuitive, accessible, and consistent across platforms.
  • Deep experience designing across the full product lifecycle using industry-standard tools.
  • A relevant design or business-related degree (or equivalent experience).
