Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant Loyalty professional to join our team.

As a Senior Consultant Loyalty, you will be part of the Personal Everyday Banking team that prioritizes customer satisfaction above all else.

Main Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of a market-leading loyalty proposition to drive growth in customers and deposits.
  • Lead the evolution of the Personal Everyday Banking loyalty offers and rewards program, ensuring commercial sustainability and technical feasibility.
  • Design and implement pricing models, commercial analysis, customer value, and differentiating features and rewards.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience working in similar Senior Consultant Loyalty programs, with expertise in driving innovation, customer strategy, and execution.
  • Proven financial modelling skills and analytical decision-making abilities.
  • Experience in Agile Ways of Working is essential.
