Your Role

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to shape roadmaps and align on outcomes
  • Deliver high-quality user-centred design that is consistent and clear across journeys

You play a key role in building maturity in our craft mentoring others and contributing to the growth of our design practice.

About You
  • Proven experience designing for loyalty programmes that are intuitive accessible and consistent across platforms
  • Deep experience designing across the full product lifecycle using industry-standard tools
  • A strong foundation in digital design principles including hierarchy grids responsive design Gestalt colour and typography
  • Confidence delivering high-quality UI and interaction design that meets accessibility standards
  • The ability to manage and supply development-ready design assets
  • Experience applying brand guidelines and design systems at scale
  • A clear thoughtful approach to collaboration critique and mentoring
  • Relevant design or business-related degree (or equivalent experience)
  • Planning and running user research and usability testing sessions
  • MAPPING OUT USER JOURNEYS ACROSS DIGITAL AND OCCASIONAL NON-DIGITAL TOUCHPOINTS
