Job Opportunity: We are seeking a Quality Assurance Strategist to lead the development and maturation of our testing function within a newly formed digital division.This is a unique opportunity to join a greenfield environment, where you will design and implement frameworks, establish best practices, and shape the quality approach across a modern, Agile, and cloud-driven ecosystem.You will be joining at a time of transformation, with the chance to lay down the foundations of QA and make a lasting impact.Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and mature our Testing and QA practice from the ground up.
  • Design and implement frameworks, processes, and methodologies to drive quality.
  • Partner with Agile squads, vendors, and internal teams to ensure quality is embedded.
  • Engage with multiple vendors and manage testing deliverables effectively.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing strategic direction rather than hands-on coding.
  • Support the move towards a DevSecOps approach, ensuring security and quality are integral to delivery.
  • Contribute to the adoption of Agile practices across the digital business group.
About You: Proven experience establishing or maturing a Testing & QA function in a complex organisation. Strong understanding of modern testing frameworks, automation, and quality practices. Ability to work in ambiguous, evolving environments and bring structure to new functions.
