Past Pupils Engagement Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional individual to connect our past pupils with the mission and life of our school.
This role requires a dynamic mix of skills in engagement, relationship building, marketing, and development. The successful candidate will be able to thrive on connecting with people across generations, build meaningful relationships, and make others feel valued and special.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong connections with past pupils, encouraging them to stay engaged with the school community.
- Design and deliver innovative events, celebrations, and networking opportunities to increase past pupil connections.
- Develop communication strategies to promote past pupil engagement, supporting and strengthening relationships.
- Collaborate with colleagues to communicate and promote giving opportunities and outcomes.
- Highlight alumni achievements, impact, and contributions through storytelling and publications.
- Identify prospects who have affinity, capability, and interest to give.
Role Requirements:
- Hold a current Queensland Working with Children Clearance (Blue Card).
- Have approval to work in Australia.
- Maintain necessary qualifications or registrations required for the role.
- A commitment to the values and ethos of Catholic education in the Mercy tradition.
