Engagement and Development Specialist
We are seeking a professional, committed and enthusiastic individual to engage with and lead school activities that connect past pupils in the mission and life of our school.
This role requires a dynamic mix of skills in engagement, relationship building, marketing, and development. It is perfect for someone who thrives on connecting with people across generations, loves meaningful conversation, and has a genuine gift for making others feel valued and special.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish connections with past pupils, encouraging them to reconnect and engage with the School.
- Develop innovative programs and events, held outside of school hours, to increase and strengthen past pupil connections to the School.
- Collaborate with colleagues to promote giving opportunities and outcomes.
- Highlight alumni achievements, impact, and contributions through storytelling and publications.
- Research prospects who have affinity, capability, and interest to give.
Requirements:
- Hold and maintain a current working with children clearance.
- Have approval to work in Australia.
- Maintain necessary clearances, qualifications or registrations to perform inherent functions of the role.
- Commit to values and ethos of Catholic education in the Mercy tradition.
