Past Pupils Engagement and Development Professional

We are seeking a dedicated individual to connect with and lead school activities that foster our past pupils' mission and life.

This role requires a dynamic mix of skills in engagement, relationship building, marketing, and development. The ideal candidate thrives on connecting with people across generations, loves meaningful conversation, and has a genuine gift for making others feel valued and special.

  1. Act as the primary point of contact for Past Pupils, encouraging them to reconnect and engage with the school community.
  2. Develop a comprehensive program of events, celebrations, and networking opportunities to increase and strengthen past pupil connections to the school.
  3. Create and implement communication strategies for past pupil engagement that support and strengthen relationships with our alumni.
  4. Collaborate with the development team to communicate and promote giving opportunities and outcomes.
  5. Foster a culture of storytelling through publications and sharing achievements, impact, and contributions through volunteering and philanthropic giving.
  6. Identify prospects who have affinity, capability, and interest to give through research and analysis.

Key requirements include holding a current Queensland Working with Children Clearance (Blue Card) and approval to work in Australia.
