Change and Communication Expert

Drive organizational change and manage effective communication to stakeholders. As a Change and Communication Expert, you will play a key role in the successful implementation of new initiatives and programs.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies to support successful program execution.
  • Lead communication planning and execution to ensure timely and effective communication with all stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with educators, administrators, and external partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate changes and ensure effective communication.
  • Develop and deliver training to help stakeholders understand and embrace changes.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree or experience equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience in change management.
  • Proven ability to lead complex change management projects from conception to successful implementation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of change management principles and practices.
  • Excellent digital literacy and exposure to Microsoft Office 365 productivity suites.
