We are a leading provider to the NDIS, supporting thousands of participants with their care needs.

Job Opportunity

We have a multi-disciplinary team approach and we are expanding our team in Katoomba and the Lower Blue Mountains region.

This role is open to Occupational Therapists of all levels of experience who are seeking full-time or part-time roles.

In this position, you will:

  • Assess participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical levels of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardized assessments.
  • Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals tailored to each participant.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
  • Support and advise on environmental adaptations in settings such as home, school, work, and residential facilities.
  • Recommend the provision of Assistive Technology to help participants overcome functional limitations and promote independence.
Qualifications Required

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • A proactive attitude, motivated by improvement and eager to learn from new ideas.
  • A desire to work in a fun, collaborative, and supportive environment.
  • The ability to work independently.
  • A genuine passion for working in the disability sector.
