Experienced site leaders are sought after to manage electrical operations while ensuring client satisfaction.
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will oversee and coordinate tasks with a focus on delivering results. Key responsibilities include providing leadership and guidance to Electrical personnel, achieving efficient workflows in line with client requirements and company safety policies, and maintaining regular routine maintenance programs for the electrical systems.
- Key areas of responsibility include supervising Electrical personnel, monitoring daily progress against project milestones, maintaining accurate records and reports, implementing systematic quality control processes, and conducting thorough assessments of equipment performance.
- Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating logistics, scheduling site activities, assisting in employee training and professional development, and performing administrative tasks as required.
- A tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering or related field is essential. Relevant experience in managing operational teams and employee development will be highly valued.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving skills, and an ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment are necessary for this position.
