Maintenance Superintendent Role

Build a deeper capability in the maintenance of mining equipment and assets. As a Maintenance Superintendent, you will be responsible for leading a team to ensure compliance with legislative requirements, industry standards, and OEM recommendations.

This is an opportunity to take charge of site maintenance activities and drive continuous improvement in asset management. You will foster a strong work team, demonstrate safety leadership, and cultivate a culture of high performance within the maintenance team.

  • Drive continuous improvement and effective asset management to meet regulatory requirements.

You will need to have:

  • Prioritizes people and can lead high-performing teams while building strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Extensive experience in mining maintenance, with a proven track record of delivering excellent results.
  • A strong emphasis on client relationships and a mechanical trade qualification.
  • Knowledge of relevant mining-related legislation, including codes of practice and Australian Standards.
