Electrical Leadership Role

The position of Electrical Superintendent plays a crucial role in ensuring the effective management and delivery of electrical services at our project site.

As an experienced Electrical Superintendent, you will be responsible for leading a team to achieve targets and manage electrical/hv elements efficiently while maintaining a safe working environment.

  • Provide leadership and direction to all electrical personnel to ensure seamless collaboration and effective delivery of tasks.
  • Implement systematic routine maintenance programs that align with operational requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assessment and ordering of electrical parts and consumables.
  • Monitoring plant performance and reporting faults promptly.
  • Developing individual personnel and training MACA trainees and employees.

For this role, we seek individuals with:

  • Tertiary qualifications in electrical engineering or related fields.
  • Current electrical license and high voltage switching certificate.
  • Proven experience in managing operational teams and developing personnel.
