Senior Crushing Operations Manager

The Mechanical Superintendent will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of track-mounted crushers and screens on client sites.
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will have demonstrable recent experience in managing crushing operations and maintaining compliance with safety protocols and key performance indicators.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring crushing targets and KPIs are met in accordance with client contract terms and safety standards.
- Communicating daily objectives with crushing, maintenance, and contracting personnel.
- Implementing, maintaining, and managing systematic routine maintenance and scheduling preventative maintenance programs.
- Monitoring wear parts life (crusher and screen consumables) and reporting costs to the Project Manager monthly.
- Assessing, ordering, and monitoring crusher parts and consumables.
- Authorizing Crushing personnel timesheets and ensuring correct hours are listed.
- Assisting in the training and learning regime of all employees and sub-contractors.
- 5 years' experience in previous Crushing Leadership roles.
- Frontline management certificate.
- Current clean driver's license.
- Sound knowledge of safety protocols.
- Able to lead a team safely, effectively, and efficiently.
