Job Overview

About the Role:
  • You will work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure financial transparency, manage budgets, and enhance cost-effectiveness across core business operations. As a leader, you will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to support the company's long-term financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. You will prepare and present financial reports, including variance analysis and performance metrics, to senior leadership. Identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve profitability and efficiency.
  2. You will develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Provide in-depth analysis across various metrics to support key strategic decisions.
  3. You will collaborate with senior I.T stakeholders to provide financial guidance on key initiatives, investment opportunities, and operational efficiencies. Act as a trusted advisor to support commercial decision-making.
  4. You will drive cost control initiatives by monitoring expenses, identifying areas for savings, and implementing financial best practices. Ensure transparency in cost allocation across business units.
  5. You will manage, mentor, and develop direct reports, fostering a high-performance finance function. Delegate tasks effectively and encourage professional growth.
  6. You will lead initiatives to enhance financial processes, reporting tools, and internal controls. Ensure adherence to accounting standards, corporate policies, and risk management frameworks.
Requirements:
  • You must be CA/CPA qualified with 6+ years' finance experience, including business partnering and financial analysis.
  • You should have strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise and build rapport with senior stakeholders and manage direct reports.
  • You should have experience working with large, complex structures and proven ability to meet tight reporting deadlines.
  • Exposure to partnering and collaborating with I.T function is highly desirable.
  • You must be a strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • You must have advanced financial modelling and data analysis skills (ERP Systems, Business Intelligence Tools, Excel).
