We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Campaign Producer to lead the end-to-end production of brand and marketing campaigns across multiple channels and formats.

You'll collaborate with creative, marketing, digital, editorial and media teams to bring big ideas to life managing timelines, budgets, and external partners while ensuring exceptional creative output that drives impact and aligns with our brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Production Management: Lead the end-to-end production process for high-volume and impact, integrated campaigns from concept to delivery across channels (digital, social, broadcast, print, OOH, experiential). Translate creative concepts into executable plans that deliver against campaign objectives and timelines.
• Creative Development Support: Work closely with the internal creative team, external agencies, and freelancers to develop and refine campaign assets. Provide clear direction, feedback and creative problem solving through concept development and production
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, media, publicity, digital, content and editorial teams. Proactively manage alignment across teams, to align campaign timelines, deliverables, and performance objectives.
• Vendor and Talent Management: Source, brief, and manage external partners including production companies, photographers, stylists, editors, and other creatives. Ensure all third-party work meets scope, standards and timelines.
• Budget Accountability: Own campaign production budgets including building estimates, managing costs, raising purchase orders and reconciling invoices. Identify opportunities for cost efficiency without compromising creative quality.
• Timeline and Logistics Coordination: Manage timelines, schedules, approvals, shoots, and post-production workflows. Anticipate and resolve production risks and roadblocks to maintain momentum and meet campaign deadlines.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure creative integrity and consistency across all outputs, upholding brand guidelines and compliance with legal and editorial standards.
  
  

Who are you?

• 6+ years of experience in creative production, content production, or campaign management (agency or in-house).
• Strong understanding of integrated marketing campaigns and media channels.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Deep knowledge of production workflows from pre-production and shoot planning to post-production and delivery.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing creative teams, vendors, and budgets.
• Familiarity with creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Trello, Asana, Airtable).
• Background in advertising, television, film or media production.
• A strong network of creative and production partners.
