Dynamic Staff Coordinator Role

Key to our success is a skilled coordinator who can pitch in across recruitment and allocations to balance team workload.

Proactive staff will follow up with candidates and clients to ensure seamless transitions and maintain strong, professional relationships.

A key responsibility of this role is supporting candidate onboarding, credentialing, and compliance checks. This includes coordinating bookings and fill shifts across the NSW workforce pool while maintaining accurate and compliant systems and records.

Our ideal candidate will be organized, people-focused, and keen to make a difference in a dynamic environment. They will have 2+ years' experience in admin or coordination, preferably in health recruitment/allocations.

They must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, availability 2–3 days per week during business hours (Mon–Fri), and strong computer skills with quick learning ability for new systems (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel).

Additionally, they will have high attention to detail, accurate data entry skills, ability to multi-task, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. A proactive, professional, and team-oriented approach is essential.

The successful applicant will require a Police Check, WWCC, and NDIS Worker Screening. We encourage applications from individuals willing to grow and develop within our organization.
