**About this role**:
This is a brand new position for this medium size architecture practice, located in the heart of Sydney CBD. In this role, you will be given the autonomy to utilise your creativity and InDesign skills to develop bids and submissions, as well helping with boarder marketing responsibilities. Its important you have efficient time management skills as bids will need to be completed to tight deadlines, and tracking much be maintained at all points.In return for your skills, you will be joining a forward thinking practice who acknowledge their staffs commitment and skills. With a studio located in the heart of Sydney CBD, the team regularly socialise together, checking out new bars and restaurants.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Preparing high-quality submissions for Expression of Interest and Requests for Tender across a broad range of sectors in architecture, urban design, and landscape.
- Liaise with studio leadership and external collaborators to coordinate content inputs and contributions as required
- Support with additional marketing collateral (presentations, award submissions and social media updates)
- Monitor pipelines and support broader profile and communications initiatives.

**Skills and Experience**
- 3 years experience in a bid coordinator role in the design industry
- Competent user of InDesign
- Ability to work to deadlines and use tracking CRM's
