Relationship Development Manager

About This Role

This Relationship Development Manager role involves:

  • Engaging with mortgage broker partners.
  • Assessing new brokers and converting them into active supporters.
  • Providing education and support to ensure alignment to credit appetite.
  • Ensuring new loan funding within agreed pricing delegations and portfolio of loans remains within budget expectations.
  • Supporting ongoing professional development of existing mortgage brokers.
  • Developing solutions for existing brokers to build business, including target market strategies.
  • Developing and maintaining external relationships with key partners.
  • Meeting performance objectives as set by National Manager - Partnerships.
Your Skills and Qualifications

You'll need:

  • SIGNIFICANT relationship management and business development experience in an ADI.
  • Relevant financial services industry experience.
  • SOUND knowledge of retail distribution including TPD.
  • SOUND knowledge of lending.
  • INDEPENDENT thinking and high level of self-motivation.
  • EFFECTIVE communication, report writing and influencing skills.
  • EXPERIENCE with and knowledge of the customer-owned enterprise model.
  • Commitment to our purpose, aspiration, values and brand, as well as the B Corp ethos.
