Senior Healthcare Security Leader

As a senior leader, you will oversee the day-to-day management of all security services functions, ensuring delivery of a high-quality service 24/7 and maintaining compliance with relevant policies.
About This RoleThis position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced healthcare environment, working closely with multiple stakeholders to resolve complex issues and promote accountability among staff.
Responsibilities- Manage general security functions including security management, parking management, risk management, legislative compliance, training requirements of staff, and managing security systems and projects.
- Lead a dynamic team dedicated to providing safe and high-quality security services, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- National Police Certificate Clearance.
- Current NSW Security Licence Class 1A, Senior First Aid Certificate, current NSW Unrestricted Drivers Licence.
- Proven experience leading a security team in a senior management capacity, ensuring governance and compliance, managing operational workloads, and promoting accountability among staff.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills to engage with multiple stakeholders and resolve complex issues.
- Experience managing rostering practices in a security or similar operational environment.
