You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team.
You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers, and you will build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders.
In this role you will:Be responsible for patient minding dutiesMonitorCCTV footage and radio communication systemsRespondto aggression and emergency incidents, including restraintsActas a customer service ambassador for both our customers andhealthcare staffEnsure the personal safety of staff, visitors, and propertySkills & Experience:Certificate IIin Security Operations and current Working with Children's ClearanceCurrentSA Security Licenseand Driver's licenseExceptional written and verbal communication skillsMust be fully COVID vaccinatedFull, unlimited right-to-work in Australia.If you are interested in joining the security industry but do not hold a qualification or license, please take the time to consider our Scholarship Program.
