Senior Security Leader

Job Title:
A Senior Security Leader is sought to oversee the implementation of electronic and physical security systems across various facilities.
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines for security systems in accordance with relevant legislation, Australian Standards, and health regulations.
Manage a team responsible for administering electronic access control systems databases.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver security programs in complex environments.
Provide strategic support to assets and infrastructure teams regarding planned and reactive maintenance, facility upgrades, and asset planning related to physical security.
Requirements:
Proven expertise in electronic and physical security systems, including knowledge of access control, alarms, CCTV, and security policies.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to collect, analyze, and report on security data.
NSW Class 2A Security Consultant License.
