Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-class service to all members and guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience
  • Respond to internal and external enquiries, resolving issues and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform general administration tasks, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Build strong relationships with our members and guests, understanding their needs and preferences

About You

We are looking for a self-motivated and passionate individual who is committed to delivering exceptional customer service. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.

Requirements

  • Current CPR certificate
  • Previous experience in administration or customer service (desirable)
